Catchy tunes that will stick in your head, heavy danceable beats, lyrics with a message. Evil Goat Riders is a band from the Netherlands that makes EBM/Electro/Synthpop. They are currently signed at Crysella Records.
The band was originally created by Martijn in 2011, later joined by Rianne (backing vocals) and Loki (live keys) and has been in this formation since 2013.
So far they have released two albums; you think you’re FAMOUS (2013) From Now On (2014) and are on several compilation albums. They are currently working on their 3rd album that is planned to be released this year!
Hatchling is an electronic band formed in 2013 as the brainchild of Simon Mahieu. Characterised by a gloomy sound, retro synth hooks and beats, they blend songs with science fiction aesthetics and loads of attitude into an intense live performance.
Although originally conceived as a one man project, the debut EP ‘Other’ was released as a duo and the current line-up consists of Simon Mahieu (vocals, songwriting, programming, synths, bass, piano), Roosje Strobbe (synths, vocals) and Saida Tilkin (synths, vocals).
Heliophile is synther-songwriter Gijs van Ouwerkerk from Enschede, The Netherlands. As an 8-year-old kid, he was watching a charts show on TV and ”Radio Ga Ga” by Queen came on. The sounds, melodies and atmosphere of that song sparked his imagination like never before! Ever since, he’s had a soft spot for timeless popular music with strong melodies, whether it’s The Beatles, hard rock and even extreme metal, or the 80s synthpop anthems we still love today.
After a long period of playing guitar, bass and drums, singing and being the principal songwriter in several extreme heavy metal bands, the synthesizer sounds he heard at a gothic/industrial party reminded him of “Radio Ga Ga” again.
A Strange Cure is a tributeband which plays only music of The Cure. Die hard fan and lead vocalist Marcel van der Louw does not only look like Robert Smith, he even sounds like him ! This is your chance to go back to the early 80’s Cure sound.
This is A Strange Cure !
